[documentation] Opening editing rights tomorrow, Oct 15

As discussed at last Friday's IRC meeting and posted to the list (http://groups.drupal.org/node/15796 
), we'll be turning on edit rights for all authenticated users on d.o  
tomorrow, October 15.

We have a draft announcement for the front page, so please feel free  
to help edit/review it: http://drupal.org/node/310912#comment-1057861

I also want to remind everyone that we have a direct link to the Diffs  
for recent updates in the handbook (http://drupal.org/handbook/ 
updates). (There is a direct link to this page in the Documentation  
team links block.) We should all try to spend a few minutes a day  
keeping an eye on the updates and see how things go. Documentation  
team members will have permissions to revert to earlier revisions so  
if someone really made a real mess of things feel free to pull the  
revert trigger.
