[documentation] Opening editing rights tomorrow, Oct 15

Just a heads-up that I am going to hold off and do this tomorrow,  
October 16, because Drupalcon just announced on the front page and I  
don' t want to knock them. I'll make the switch and put up the post  
tomorrow morning.
