[documentation] Improving help pages in D7

Sounds good Jennifer -

Today is super busy, but I'll try and check in later to review that
document. And otherwise I'll be sure to be on IRC lots and will take on a
bunch of the rewriting, and maybe I can get a sprint going for the following
week.
