[support] upgrading from a 4.5 install (civicspace) to 4.7.3

is there a recommended way of upgrading from 4.5 to 4.7.3 ?
Can I install 4.7.3 and import the data or will I have to do this step by
step (4.5 to 4.6, 4.6 to 4.6.2 etc) ?

Also, where can I find old patches? For example, the patch to get from 4.6.3to
4.6.4
