[support] Finding other Drupal users for...

Hello all,
       If one were looking to find other persons who use CMS like Drupal, where would 
  one look or post such requests?  Are there newsgroups for this or other mailing lists?
  Sometimes I think that running a Poetry Magazine and writer's community online can 
  benefit from having someone else doing things than just me.  
      Any suggestions?
