Search for RTL in the theme page. There are a few, especially for D5.
Also, there are few of theme here: http://drupal.org.il/node/606 , and 
if you dig a bit, you'll find more here: 
http://drupal.org.il/taxonomy_menu/2/47/54

Hopefully there will be good news in Drupal 6, as we try to get a patch 
for core, that will automatically choose the right CSS, based on the 
current language directionality.
It will also include RTL versions of all core's CSS files.
