[support] Module to create a form to subscribe to pdf newsletter

Your PDF newsletter is going to have to be sent as a link or an
attachment in any case (there's no such thing as e-mail clients
accepting just PDF), so it seems that
http://drupal.org/project/simplenews is exactly what you want.

I need a solution for http://wsf2008.net/ that works with an
externally hosted e-mail (but ideally saves subscription information
to Drupal or CiviCRM in some way) so if you need some custom work in
this area and want to sponsor it, drop me a line.

But I do think http://drupal.org/project/simplenews is exactly what you want.
