[support] File folder outside webfolder

If I'm understanding this correctly, what you'll need to do is specify
the absolute path (/srv/www/vhosts/domain.com/files) and then set the
"Download Method" to private (Drupal serves the files instead of the
webserver). These changes, by the way, are made on the
admin/settings/file-system page...
