[support] File upload date/time

The latter.  I need to show when a file was uploaded and who did the uploading.

Maybe there's a better way to do what I'm trying to do: Users are
modifying a doc.  As each user makes modifications, they upload the
latest version.

Then I need a way to show this history of the file.  I tried using
views, but the database doesn't seem to keep up with uploaded date.

Is there a mod that does what I'm looking for?
