[support] {system} cleanup

Is there anything in the API to do some cleanup of {system} or if I'm
lucky... some module to keep it clean during development.

I'm developing several modules for the same project and during
refactoring some disappear to appear with another name or it's code
get split, merged etc...

Something that will zap anything that's no more on the file system
would come handy.
