[support] FCKeditor and ICME

on the page /admin/settings/fckeditor/edit/Advanced
under the File Browser Settings section
there's a drop down called "file browser type"
mine has an option that says IMCE.

if you don't have this, double check to make sure the imce module is
enabled, and that you have all the permissions set up right
