[support] Opinion on Host Gator ?

Hello All,
                I did search for various hosting services. But many
reply on forum looks like fake.
So I want to know any  "real" opinion for Host Gator ??
Specially for drupal related websites. ( Ubercart, Gallery, other
forum, Open Atrium, etc )
Because my 95% sites are drupal sites.
Also on many server wont get "mail" support by default.
We need smtp auth then that can send mails. ( which configuration
process is time consuming )

what is your call for Host Gator ?
I had seen lots of recommendation on forum for Drupal + Host Gator .
