[support] CKEditor and Wysiwyg path problems

Solution: pursuant to further reading, I moved 
sites/modules/ckeditor/ckeditor to sites/libraries/ckeditor, since 
apparently the module knows how to find it in either place, while wysiwyg 
has its location hardcoded.

Simple fix, and so far, so good.
