[support] Installing via Ubuntu apt-get

I'll check out drush.  No harm in learning something new.

In Ubuntu, the apt-get utility is extremely handy for installing things
because updates/upgrades are handled virtually automatically.  It is
specific to Ubuntu/Debian flavors of Linux.
