[support] Preventing an "add to cart" button when clicked to going to another page and just increment to the shopping cart

I have the ajax shopping cart behaving as expected in that the webpage
is not refreshed and only the shopping cart is refreshed when you
click the "add to cart" link.

But when I have a view which contains OpenLayers data which contains
an "product:Add to Cart form" field within it and you click on the
"Add to Cart" button the
shopping cart does get updated but the page also gets refreshed which
is not supposed to happen.
