[support] User/Security Issue

So are there two accounts to this site?  The original that works and a new
one that does not?

I have seen similar problems when the cookie domain was set wrong in the
settings.php file, also when the local computer clock has a significantly
different time than the server.  (Typically caused by local clock being set
to wrong timezone but "correct" local time.)
