[support] Is there a way to test drupal module without reinstall

Hi, 

I  change something  about  menu, page,  blocks,  nothing changed  for
database.  I  want  to  know  is   there  a  way  to  make  drupal  as
"development" state, then drupal will auto reload the .module file.
