[support] HELP! Admin page won't show

Carl, that is SO AWESOME! A complete fix in minutes, amazing! You have  
truly turned this from a very discouraging day into a very nice day.

Looks like I've got to get into using Firefox so I can find these  
errors myself.
So, if you can bear with me just a bit more, what did you do to find  
the error so fast? I have FF and Firebug installed.
Or, is it just that you know Drupal so well that you went to the right  
place?
