[support] create forms tabs

Hi list,

I find a solution to create tabs in a form. I use php code to create 
forms (4 forms). So I have from1_form and form1_form_submit, form2_form 
and form2_form_submit, .....
How can I tabs them into 1 block ?

I find this, but there is nothing more simplest ?
