Try filing an issue in the module's issue queue. Are you really deleting or just 
unpublishing? They will need to know that.

Subject: [support] Views-calc in drupal 7

views-calc is finding values after I deleted the content and summing
those values with new values just entered.
How can I delete the all bad values from the database?
Flush Cache several times did not do it.
