[support] Drupal7 and Mail

I can't get either PHPMailer or SMTP to work in Drupal 7. The mail does
not send, and I get error messages about missing files:
page not found04/29/2011 - 18:03sites/all/libraries/loader/loader-min.js
<http://www.xisam.org/admin/reports/event/6890>
I also get
Error sending e-mail from sender at gmail.com to recipient at gmail.com : SMTP
Error: Could not connect to SMTP host.

I have yui3 installed, but there is no loader library that I could find
on the yui site.

I am using gmail, and followed the instructions, so I think I have it
set up properly. phpMailer worked with Drupal 6.
Any suggestions?
