[support] IE 8 Crash with Drupal 7.14

Hi All
In a local linux m/c (ubuntu 10.04 LTS), I am hosting Drupal 7.14 . I did
check with different browsers. I see lot of unusual things.

1. Windows XP IE8 crashes, tries to debug with visual studio
2. Mozilla 10 , Nice menus looks odd, does not look like a drop down menu,
looks as normal links down side.

Did anybody face such issues, can somebody point me what I need to do to
avoid these.
