[support] Can't upload Images: Getting 406 Error.

I did contact them and opened a ticket, but I was not sure if the issue 
was related to Drupal or not and they didn't either so I ended up 
closing the ticket.

When I contact them again is there a specific issue I should ask them to 
address?
