[support] Drupal 7 Error

>From a rank beginner, I just installed D7, uploaded some new modules, and am
now getting this error, no matter what I try to do, from running update.php,
to clicking the Configuration link. I get logged in OK.

It seems a table is missing. How do I create that? Via PHPMyAdmin?
