[themes] Mollio template can now be GPL'ed

I just started one yesterday. I've got a demo site up at 
http://test.carlparrish.com but if someone else has gotten further along 
I'd be happy to work with them. The files for my version are at 
http://test.carlparrish.com/files/mollio.tar.bz2 again this is my 
*first* template port so its possible lots of things aren't where you'd 
expect them (ie. what format are templates usally in? .zip .gz?) But if 
someone wants to help me figure things out or is open to help on this 
theme I'm happy to help out.
