[themes] What controls the appearance of taxonomy?

Hello,

I'm currently setting up taxonomy for all the pages on my site. My
question is, what determines what information is displayed on the page
for the taxonomy? If I use bluemarine, I see this:
Submitted by cleveland on Tue, 2006-09-19 14:50.  About Us

On the template I'd like to use (multiflex), I only see this:
About Us

I know the stylesheet determines how it should look, but how do I change
what is displayed?
