[themes] webforms

hii ,
       i am finding a lot of problem with webforms

1) theming the webform according to our requirement i.e how to call each element and arrange it. and need to make a text box based on wheather a radiobutton is checked or not.

2) using javascripts...i.e for validation and popups alerts .
