[translations] Translating the Drupal Newsletter

Hi Kai!

  A Chinese translation would be great!  The draft for the English version
will go out on the 7th, perhaps a little earlier, and will be released to
the public on the 10th.  I should note that each translation will be allowed
to add to the links (to add Drupal related sites in the target language) and
add events/other language-specific content to the newsletter.
  I'll be sure to forward you a copy of the draft as soon as possible.

  On a side note, would it be best to have the translated editions go out
from the website in that language (by using the simplenews module on
http://www.drupalchina.org/ for example), or be sent out by Drupal.org?
