[translations] Bulgarian Translation status ?

I would like to know if there are teams or individuals who
are working on the Bulgarian translation of the Drupal core.

If someone can tell me what is the status of the bulgarian translation?
The project which I found about translating Drupal to Bulgarian,
seem to be abondoned long time ago.
