[consulting] Who exactly is this list for?

I just signed up and had the same question, and wondered why some emails
were not in fact sent to the support list instead.

I was going to keep quiet and watch but now that you bring it up - the
Drupal.org pages about hiring a consultant give the distinct impression that
this is what this list is for. That said, they don't say that the list is
not for other stuff as well....
