You are receiving advice on how to ask the question in a way that would get
you better answers.

The question as it is now is neither simple nor straightforward. It is too
simple to be of use.

When a user calls you and says "it is broken" or "it does not work", is that
a proper bug report? What is "it" and how it is broken? What does not work?
What did you expect it to do and what happened instead.
