[consulting] Searching for company that specializes in speeding up websites

I have two clients that I maintain hosted on godaddy I have tried
multiple times to get them to move almost anywhere else as godaddy has
terrible sql performance. As to testing itself there are a few tools:

http://httpd.apache.org/docs/trunk/programs/ab.html
http://www.joedog.org/index/siege-home

There are also a number of tools to test mysql

I have found that in general that simple misconfiguration of both apache
and sql can make a drupal site slow.
