[support] Webform upgrade

Hi,

I'm trying to upgrade my webform module (as the
security notice just came out) and can't seem to do
it.  I have a feeling it's a problem with getting the
module cache to refresh.

I'm still using 4.6.x version, and there's supposed to
be an "upgrade" link on the settings page, but I don't
see it.  I've tried disabling the module, saving
configuration, and then enabling it again, but that
doesn't seem to have changed the settings page.  Any
suggestions?
