[support] making it easy for end-users to update one static page

Just give the user edit node permissions. Whether the node (the  
"page") is one text area or a bunch of cck fields, this will give the  
user the ability to update the page at will.

I would set the default workflow to create a new revision so that any  
mistakes can be rolled back.
