[support] continuous trigger on comment being viewed by authenticated user

Hmm, I am the recipient of the e-mail flood, basically I was trying to
use this mechanism to understand the traffic patterns to the site.
The interesting thing here is that using the %username in my e-mail
action (to myself) it always reports me as the username viewing the
comment. Unless I misunderstand the mechanism, that's the confusion.
I'm not looking at those comments, but it still triggers the action.
I had assumed that the %username reported in the e-mail would be the
authenticated user that is viewing the content.
