[support] IMCE not showing

LinkBrowser= true;
ImageBrowser= true;
FlashBrowser= true;
LinkBrowserURL= '/?q=imce/browse';
ImageBrowserURL= '/?q=imce/browse';
FlashBrowserURL= '/?q=imce/browse';

seems to have solved the problem
