[support] Including images in stories

What's the best way to include an image in a story?  What I've been  
doing so far is making the image an attachment to the story,  
disabling listing of the attachment, and referencing the image file  
directly with an HTML <img> tag in the body.  Is that the right thing  
to be doing, or is there something more straight-forward?

I'm thinking of our less technical contributors who don't want to be  
messing with HTML directly, but still want to include images in-line  
with stories.
