[support] Translation strings not found

MAGIC! they are all there beginning from today i haven t done anything
special but all you wrote makes sense.
The weird thing is that all the URL reference for the strings on both
sites are for the same site, anyway with a little hack/text
editor/replacing i got it in both sites
yay!
