[support] How to Fix a Messed Up Site

I agree with Bill. We just inherited a 5.x site that was poorly 
organized. The client couldn't update some content areas. We could have 
fixed it. But in the long term it was better to start over with a D6 
site, port the content over, organize it in a more logical way and train 
the client on content management. This took longer, but in the long run 
will pay off for the client in many ways.
