[support] Error trying to install module in new site.

Thanks or the commets.

Yes I am sure is something with teh VPS.
By the way, can you write me offline the URL of your provider? I will 
look for options, my strategy off business (I work on my own) was 
based on that and I just can continue learning Drupal if this can not 
be solved.

I did what you mentionesd create another /tmp directory. Drpal 
configugation could never found it.... it just say the directory does 
not exist, in the relative or real paths, no matter where ....
