I have a series of event Content types because each event has 
significant differences to others and I needed some way to differentiate 
between them.
I have the Title field automatically generated to predefined terms which 
suit each event type.
To use one event Content Type results in quite a number of empty fields 
in the table.
Most of the fields are Taxonomy Term selections.

I have a Content view which displays all events no matter which type.
The View displays all content from every content type.
  I have Contextual filter set to title so that entering the title in a 
url changes the view to the desired display.
  I tried this filter on other fields but as they are Taxonomy Term 
References it does not work for some reason, I do not know why.

There are 2 problems that I would reallyappreciate some help with please.

1. In one content type I have a field to differentiate between members 
and non members but in the above view can find no way to filter this 
field and display one or other. If I filter on the field it eliminates 
all other event displays.

2. The rendered view displays the Title field which is a 4 character 
abbreviation relative only for filtering and useless to an observer.
I would like to switch this off and not display it but as the view is a 
Display Content View there is no option I can find to hide the field.
It is unworkable to use fields for the view as there would be about 100 
of them.

I don't know if I've clarified enough, I'm stuck on how to achieve a 
desired result.
