[support] how to create thumbnail in desired size using FFmpeg for video transcoding

Dear all,
I am new to Drupal. I am using video and videoJS modules to upload videos
and play them in a D7 website. I am using FFmpeg for transcoding. FFmpeg
creates large thumbnails ie in the same size of the video. I want to create
a smaller thumbnail. How can i do that?
