[support] Hostgator as a hosting site

Cheap virtual hosting will never support a legitimate Drupal website.  
You should move to a VPS at minimum and you will want to understand 
optimizing your server for Drupal or chose a data center that can do 
that for you.  I recommend  http://www.hotdrupal.com/
