Zirafa, Jeff, is the theme RTBC? Who have reviewed it?

We need some more reviewers to take a look at the underlying code. My guess is there is formatting and other inconsistencies that need cleaning up before it is RTBC. I believe the actual styling portion is pretty much done, but other people need to weigh in on that as well.
