I learned that my diff program that runs on Windows, my patches aren't in the same format as the rest of the patches submitted, so I can post a plain text file with the changed text, if there isn't anyone else with the right tools who'd take this task.
If you use wincvs, make sure you check the "Unified diff" checkbox in the diff options. I've never had any problems creating and using patches that way. Steven Wittens
