Yeah, that's goofy but there are easy work arounds ... but that is not the point. The point is that it's really, really easy to use code snippets here and there to template one of those --not so in Drupal. So, how can we make it easy? I spent a few days setting up a series of template for my MT blog that mirrored PHPTemplate's system: a 'page' template, and a smaller repeating 'entry' template that's included. It takes work, though, and the system doesn't lend itself to that very easily.
