[development] 4.7 maintenance: Release of Drupal 4.7.1

Hi there! Since there was a rather bad bug in the update system I plan to release Drupal 4.7.1 early next week. So I'd like you all to help me by creating and testing patches against the Drupal 4.7 branch. Please remember that only bug fixes will be accepted, so don't waste your tme with new features.
