There is a Views IRC room (#drupal-views), but it is for development, not support (read the description for it), so the issue queue is the best place to get a response. Steve William Smith wrote:

Also be sure to read the submission guidelines which help teach you how to write answerable questions. Good questions can get answered quickly. Bad questions just sit there as people go "Er" and not deal with it. =)
