Bruce, In your user's profile, you will have to enable personal contact form for that account. Administrator can contact that user perfectly, because user 1 has that access regardless of whether that option is activated or not. The user is given permissions for more than one role, as is another member. When I'm logged in as admin, I cannot send an email to this user. When I select that user, the contact tab does not appear. Strangely, I can contact myself, as the admin, where it would be from admin to admin. But user/2/contact gives a message of access denied. Any idea why that would happen? I had thought the direct link of user/2/contact was a problem in going directly to the contact form but even selecting user then selecting the username, brings up a page that lacks a tab for contact. I want to have simple links such as Contact Us, to contact the admins, or publishers, or send an email to the editors... When a user selects such a custom menu item they go directly to the form for sending the message/email. That can be done, correct? Odd URL in log

I was looking through my log today and saw this URL: http://www.mydomainname.com/blog/blog/29/blog/blog/blog/blog/blog/blog/blog… Anyone have a clue what would cause this? The log shows it's been visited 400+ times in the last week! It takes you to the same page that http://www.mydomainname.com/blog does. Ideas? Thanks, Skip

This is almost always do to the fact that you're using a "filtered html" input filter. You can either change to full html, or you can add the list of tags that you're interested to the list of allowed tags in the filtered list. Go to "administer ->input formats" then either change your defaults from filtered HTML, or click on the configure link to change the filtered tags. locale modules problem

Hi, I have checked "locale" module and install i18n modules and upload it.po. Disappearence of tags

Error in weblink module

I have this error in weblink module when i click onto "visit [weblink title]": warning: array_merge() [function.array-merge]: Argument #1 is not an array in /opt/httpd/drupal-4.6.5/includes/menu.inc on line 351. Dear all When i click on log out,I can successfuly log out.Then i wanna create a new user (filling username & password)& click on create,Then i recieve following text : You are not authorized to access this page Please help,I can't create user. Yours,Mohsen

Mohammed, it seems very strange to me. If I am not mistaken you have given me access to your webspace before to fix an issue. I am attempting to upgrade my website from drupal 4.65 to 4.7 and I am finding some difficulty. here's what I did in details: 1. disabled all the addon modules / blocks. 2 backed up my database. 3. copied the database to another one with a different name. of course coppied both structure and data. 4. coppied the drupal files for 4.7 b3 to a subdirectory. 5. modified the file settings.php to the new database info. and the domain that I am using to point to that subdirectory. 6. ran http://www.atstop.com/update.php but after all this I get a "page not found. the original page is: www.mystop.net the upgraded one is: www.atstop.com any help will be highly appreciated. regards, mohammed.
