Creating node children as a specific content type

Hi, I've created two content types, lets say CT1 and CT2. Both use CCK for information. How can I set it up so that a user reading a node created with CT1 will have a button to create a CT2 node that automatically attaches to the CT1 node as a child? thanks.

Import HTML Module

This may not be the right place to ask since it might be a PHP based question. But I got PHP 5.2.5 compiled and working as you know, and I recently managed to get PHP HTML Tidy to work as well. The "Import HTML Module" recognizes HTML Tidy as a latest build and I was ready to import data. However, I got an error saying that the XML and XSL modules weren't available. The same issues can be found at: http://drupal.org/node/147469 which is the exact same issue. That also let me me to link: http://drupal.org/node/146679 Both of these links refer to C:\php\ext not being in the path name .... but I am in OpenSuse 10.3 Linux, not windows. I double-checked and made sure that NO php4 or php5 was installed with OpenSuse. The only PHP5 is the one I downloaded and compiled on the system. When I call test.php which calls <?php phpinfo() ?> I get the same information as from: http://drupal.org/node/147469 So, Apache is telling me that it sees all these modules for Tidy, XML, XSL, DOM, etc. According to phpinfo(), the php.ini is supposed to be in /usr/local/lib ... but it is not there .... According to phpinfo(), the extensions should be: /usr/local/lib/php/extensions/ and this directory does not exist. I should say that I installed php 5.2.5 in /opt/php-5.2.5 and that is where I compiled the source. I don't believe I used the --PREFIX option to compile this anywhere else? So .... how do I fix this? Did I compile my php in the wrong place? Should I re-compile it again? Should I remove the source of php 5.2.5 and use the one that came with OpenSuse? It's def. not as easy and fixing the path in windows to include: c:\php and c:\php\ext Thanks! Tom

Hello, Is there some special code I need to put in for the path to a page for a menu item to use an anchor? I'm trying to point to national.html#resource When I click submit, the menu item points to national.html%2523resource Which ends up being a 404. - jody

Hello, from a computed field I wanna to a typical bill-line calculation doing a multiplication price = quantity * fk_product_price How can I do that? I tried wihout luck. $node_field[0]['value'] = $node->field_quantitat[0]['value'] * $node->field_fk_producte[0]['value']......; Thank's!

Hi, I have read the other thread, but my problem is different. I have my content type "AB" with some informations (say a "download file possibility") that will be avaible only to the users that have buy the access to this informations. My the idea is to call a e-commerce, ask if the user have buy the access and if "yes" permit to the user to access to the informations. I have thinked this way: in a hook_nodeapi() where $op = "view" verify that the user can access to that content (via ecommerce): if yes I change the $node->body with other info reserved for who buy the content, otherwise I change the $node->body with an info about how to buy the content. How can I do that? Heach user will have some nodes (bills, projects...) and I wanna restric the access to each one. In this scenario Roles aren't ok for me. Thank's!

Summarize By Day in a View

I have a view of events which works nicely--three views in fact: Today This Week This Month The problem is that when there are two events on the same day, something breaks. The page should show: January 8, 2008 test more test where 'test' and 'more test' are my two events. This it DOES show but the HTML is quite broken. What I mean is that my regular HTML code which appears for each event (based on the PHP file I made using the Views Wizard with Contemplate activated) doesn't show up entirely for the second event of that one day--it shows up only partly. Actually most of it is missing. I made here http://tinyurl.com/2qhkcm a link to the actual page and I put there the HTML code in question, cleaned up with indents so that you can see it and clearly see the issue. I am a bit lost here. Any ideas? Thanks.
